Every Project Deserves a Plan—No Matter the Size

Whether it's a full renovation or a smaller home upgrade, I follow the same measured approach. Clear expectations. No cutting corners. Consistent communication—every time.

Step 1: Start with a Conversation

Every job begins with a conversation. We’ll talk through your goals, your space, and your budget to see if the project is a good fit. This isn’t a sales pitch—it’s a chance to align and get clarity.

Step 2: Scope & Proposal

For larger renovations, I’ll create a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. I charge a $250 proposal fee for these projects, which is credited toward the total if we move forward. It covers the time it takes to prepare a clear, detailed plan and helps ensure we’re both serious about the work. For focused carpentry or smaller upgrades, the scope stays efficient but clear. Either way, you’ll know exactly what to expect before we start.

Step 3: Prep & Scheduling

After confirming the project, I lock in your start date and begin prepping materials, coordinating suppliers, and planning the jobsite. Floor protection, dust control, and a clean work environment are part of every setup. If permits are required, I’ll take care of them. The goal is to keep things organized so work flows smoothly once it begins.

Step 4: The Work Begins

I show up on time and stay focused on doing the work right. I keep you informed with scheduled check-ins or day-to-day updates, depending on what makes the most sense for the job.

Step 5: Wrap-Up & Follow-Through

Once the work is complete, we’ll do a walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations. I stand behind my work with a 1-year workmanship warranty—because whether the project is large or small, it deserves to be done right.

Let’s Get to Work—The Right Way

Whether you're planning a full renovation or a simple upgrade, let’s talk about what you need—and if it’s the right fit.
